* The Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) is introducing an industry wide Consumer Redress Scheme in 2026, where it has indicated that redress (per finance agreement) may be on average £700.00 per finance agreement, with the total estimated amount to be paid to consumers being £8.2b. They estimate that 40% of all car finance agreements since 2007 have been mis-sold. All claims are subject to eligibility. Some claim values will be less than £700 per agreement and some could be substantially more.

All of our Trusted Partners work on a no-win, no-fee basis, though there may be cancellation charges for any claim cancelled after the 14-day cooling-off period. You will have the chance to review any paperwork before proceeding with a claim. We may receive a payment from our Partners, but you do not need to pay us anything, and this does not affect the amount you are charged if your claim is successful.

Please note, that you can use your own legal representation to proceed with a claim through the Courts or submit a complaint directly with the lender and use the Financial Ombudsman if you are not happy with the outcome at no charge.
